least annually. They should be flushed
out and check the anode rod for
deterioration. These things can extend
the life of your water heater. You
should also have an Expansion Tank
installed if you don't already have one.
This can prevent a number of
problems including leaking water  
heater or relief valve, dripping faucets,
possible flooding of your house .

It is nice to get into the shower and
have enough pressure to almost knock
you down but what most people don't
know is that too much water pressure
is dangerous to your property. It can
cause drippy faucets. It can cause
your faucets to wear out prematurely. It
can cause supply lines or even piping
to rupture causing a high water bill not
